Introducing our Patch Test service at BEAUTY By Fallon, designed for your convenience! Complete your patch test 48 hours before your first spray tanning appointment in the comfort of your own home. Simply apply the test to a discreet area of your skin, like behind your ear or on the inside of your arm. If irritation occurs, rinse off immediately and let us know. Transforming beauty and boosting confidence has never been easier!


Cancellation Policy

Please ensure there is adequate space available for the appointment (ideally a clear area large enough for a pop-up tanning tent). The area should be warm, well-lit, and near a plug socket if possible. Please also include any access information in your booking Bookings & Deposits All appointments must be booked in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, which will be deducted from your final balance. Travel is included within a set area, with additional charges applied for locations outside this radius. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit No-shows or being unavailable at the agreed address will be charged the full appointment fee This is especially important due to travel time and scheduling. Late Arrivals / Access to Property Please ensure you are ready at your scheduled appointment time. If we are unable to access the property or you are not ready, this may result in a reduced appointment time or cancellation, with full charges still applicable. Preparation Requirements Clients must follow all pre-tan advice before the appointment. This includes arriving with clean, dry skin free from deodorant, makeup, and moisturiser, and having exfoliated in advance. We cannot be held responsible for poor results due to lack of preparation. Patch Testing (New Clients) All new clients must complete a patch test at least 48 hours before their first appointment. This must be arranged in advance. Appointments may be refused if a patch test has not been completed. Patch tests may be purchased from our service list and mailed for your convenience. Health & Safety Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, pregnancy, or medications upon booking your appointment. As a professional service, we reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe, this is to protect our clients. Aftercare Responsibility Aftercare advice will be provided to help you maintain your tan. It is the client’s responsibility to follow this guidance. We cannot guarantee results if aftercare is not followed. This information is also available on our website. Clothing & Surroundings Please wear or have loose, dark clothing ready. While all care is taken to protect your space, we recommend ensuring the surrounding area is suitable. We are not responsible for any damage or staining to furnishings, fabrics, or personal item
